DAN
Managing Director
Dan’s been living and breathing signs and graphics since he was 17. After art college, he spent a decade learning from one of the best in the business, soaking up everything he could.
In 2000, armed with nothing but determination and an empty garage, he launched Blue Lizard. These days, Dan’s at the helm, guiding a team of designers, installers, and sign makers who are as passionate about the work as he is.
DOM
Designer & Front of House
If you’ve ever picked up the phone to call us, odds are you’ve chatted with Dom. He works closely with Gareth and he’s the reason things don’t fall apart behind the scenes. He’s the creative mind behind every vinyl graphic you see on our signs and vehicles. We hand him the big jobs because he always comes through, no matter what.
GEORGE
Graphics Installer & Wrapper
George started from the ground up with us, and now he’s one of the best when it comes to vehicle graphics and wrapping. He takes real pride in his work, and you can see the difference—nothing gets past his attention to detail. He’s a huge asset to the team. Oh, and when he’s not making vehicles look their best, rumor has it he moonlights as a Super Model!
MARCO
SIgn Manufacturer & Installer
Marco’s our sign wizard from Madeira. Before moving to the UK, he spent years mastering his craft back home, and it shows. He's very talented and experienced making and installing all of our signs.
MAX
Vinyl preparation & Installer
Max is our newest team member and he’s already rolling up his sleeves, prepping vinyl and getting right into the action with vehicle graphics. He’s catching on faster than we could’ve hoped, and honestly, it won’t be long before he’s out there wrapping vehicles solo. We’re excited to watch him take off.
GARETH
Operations Manager & Partner
Gareth wears two hats at Blue Lizard: partner and operations manager. He joined the team back in 2005, bringing with him a background in print design and hands-on experience from two other sign companies, where he sharpened his skills in graphics and manufacturing. Over the years, Gareth has played a huge role in shaping Blue Lizard into what it is today. These days, he’s the one making sure everything runs smoothly on the production floor, keeping jobs on track and standards high.
MIKE
Designer & Front of House
Mike is one of the voices on the other end of our phone. He is front of house and is a very talented designer. With years in the industry Mike is the go to man when it comes to vehicle livery and sign design.
STEVE
Graphics Installer & Wrapper
Steves early experience in the sign & engineering industries gives Steve an attention to detail which is second to none. He has over the years worked in all areas of sign and graphics but now spends most of his days installing and teaching the younger members of the team.
LUKE
Graphics Installer & Wrapper
Watching Luke work, you’d never suspect he’s one of the youngest on the team. From his first day to now, the leap he’s made is honestly impressive. He’s become the kind of wrapper who spots things nobody else even notices. He’s a key part of what makes our wrap team so good.
JAMES
Legendary Vehicle Wrapper
James isn’t just good at what he does, he's a legend in the industry. Sure, he’s only with us part-time, but that’s because he’s always chasing his next passion project. Case in point: when he’s not with us, you’ll probably find him decking out entire fleets of cars for the Gumball Rally.
